Good videos.
A critique so far in part one, the description of the bill of rights was described as a list of "the" citizens and states rights. Actually it was a list of "some" rights the are specifically protected from government, for individual citizens ..and what powers are for states (governments, state or otherwise, don't have "rights" only powers). The concept of the declaration was that our rights are not limited to a specific list.. that it should be assumed we have all kinds of rights even those not thought of yet because we are free people.. And at the time of the bill of rights debate there was a group opposed to the bill of rights that feared if they signed on, the bill of rights would eventually be assumed or seen as the only rights that citizens have.. Which is antithetical to the ideas expressed in the "Charter" document the Declaration of Independence.
