Obama's Economic Mistakes must be Stopped

This is Obama's Economy. Admittedly, he did inherited a serious problem, however, the basic financial bailouts that stabilized the crisis situation were in the works before his inauguration and not of his creation or control. Moving forward, the ill structured stimulus plan focusing on propping up unsustainable government jobs was his creation, and will be his legacy. The continuing increase rather than decrease in unemployment (the facts are different from his spin) is on his hands. Obama's programs and agenda and their destabilizing and demoralizing impacts have prevented a more robust natural cyclic rebound. It is the perfect storm. The wrong policies at exactly the wrong time. We need to develop confidence in PRIVATE business and economic development. We need less tax and less government, not more unsustainable government growth. No matter how slick Obama's domestic and International personal appeal, he is exactly the wrong guy at the wrong time. We need to eliminate the potential for more mistakes and the resulting negativity and move for confidence building change now. Throw the Dems out of Congress.....please!

Debating building a Cultural Center/Mosque at Ground Zero is Insane. I'm not anti-Islam, but come on, patently ridiculous.

Obama working the wrong side of Immigration issues for Political Gain is bad news for him.

Obama's agenda, which mandates the growth of government, precisely when government shortfalls and unfunded future entitlements become more and more evident, all while the private sector wallows with high unemployment and low wages is frankly comical, and will be great political fodder.

The great "Center" of American voters will indeed turn against the current regime.

I support Michele Obama's agenda on improving Public School Nutrition.

If the administration has anything to do with forgiving principal on home loans of only certain borrowers, neither I, nor tens of millions of others will forgive this injustice.

Moratorium On Federal Regulation

The following is a short post from Talk Radio News. The only thing I would add is that If we can't get the moratorium, I would agree to only allow one new regulation for every 2 repealed.

Boehner Endorses Moratorium On Federal Regulation

House Minority Leader John Boehner told reporters Friday that he would support a year-long moratorium on federal regulations, this coming just one day after the Senate passed a financial reform bill aimed at pulling the country out of its current economic slump.

“Having a moratorium on new federal regulations is a great idea,” Boehner said.

The top Republican said the moratorium would relieve businesses of the fear of new federal mandates, providing incentive for them to hire new employees.

“It sends a wonderful signal to the private sector,” Boehner said. “If the American people knew that there was going to be a moratorium for a year, that the federal government wasn’t going to issue thousands of more regulations, it would give them some breathing room.”
